Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez an American/Cuban TV arbitrator with Caso Cerrado, is the anchor of Ana Polo Rules. Born in Havana Cuba Ana moved to Miami at the age of 2 years old and was accompanied by family members. In Habana, Cuba, Ana Maria Polo is host of the prestigious Telemundo program "Caso Cerrado", the first Spanish programming to be nominated for the Daytime Emmy(r) Award. It was also was ranked in 2015 as the top Spanish-language show on the air at 4pm in key demos. Polo was born in Havana in 1959. After graduating from Florida International University's political science program, she moved to Havana and lived there for the next 20 years. In the following years she earned her PhD qualification in law from the University of Miami. After that, she earned her PhD in Law at the University of Miami. Polo was the first to make an appearance on the screen in 2001 when she was part of Telemundo's Sala de Parejas. Her expertise in law was also utilized in other court shows. Literature and Awards in 1958, she published Los Hijos Muertos. This novel was awarded the Critic's Prize, as well as the Spanish National Prize for Literature. Ana Maria Matute arrived in the United States of America from Spain, 1960. Polo speaks frequently and helps raise money to support the LGBT rights. In her long professional career, she's fought in the fight for LGBT equality. She earned her degree in 1987 from law school at the University of Miami School of Law in 1987, and is a member of the Florida Bar.
